We could be in for a treat this year. The U.S. military has recently decided to make observations and data created by satellites of pretty much anything entering the atmosphere classified. Worldwide, scientists were able to glean information from this data, including photos and video, to support their work; until now.
NASA has a planned mission to detonate a two-ton bomb on the moon in a few months. The mission is supposedly an effort to find water. Although, I'm not sure how you detect water that would be instantly vaporized. Last night, ABC aired the first part in a mini-series titled, "Impact". The movie is about a dead star that collides with the moon, sending the moon on a collision course with earth.
In addition, Obama is seriously considering a plan proposed by global warming scientists to pollute the upper atmosphere with sulfur, as an effort to shield the earth from the sun.
