I would like to introduce you to a valuable resource of information:
http://www.opencongress.org/bill/all
Open Congress is a web site which allows you view all of the current legislation introduced and pending action in congress. It has a search function which allows you to find the resolution you are looking for by number or subject. For example, if you search "amend constitution" you will find that there are currently 41 separate pieces of legislation introduced and pending action which would amend the constitution of the US if passed and then ratified. Most of those are essentially reassertions of rights already garaunteed in the bill of rights. There are some, however, that would drastically change our system of government. For example, HJR 5 would repeal the 22nd amendment and allow the president to serve unlimited terms. HJR 36 and SJR 4 would abolish the electoral college. And HJR 49 would create alternating seats in the house of representatives that is rather confusing.
I encourage you to use this resource and keep up with the rapidly changing laws of our federal government.
